 Plot: De serie gaat verder waar La Femme Nikita gestopt is , ze is bedrogen door “Division” een geheime organisatie door wie ze opgeleid was als spionne en moordenaar. Nu na 3 jaar is Nikita uit op wraak, ze maakt duidelijk aan haar voormalige bazen dat ze zich door niemand laat stoppen (of zou Michael haar toch kunnen overtuigen?). Division gaat gewoon door met het rekruteren van nieuwe jongen mensen, ze wissen hun verleden en leiden ze op tot efficiënte moordenaars. De nieuwe Nikita wordt gespeeld door de aziatische Maggie Q, ze zal zelf haar stunts doen. Shane West zal de rol van Michael spelen en Lyndsy Fonseca (van Kick-Ass) speelt Alex, een nieuwe rekruut van Division.
