Seasons 1 through 3 subtitles were created manually by yours truly. For Season 4, DeeJay was kind enough to include his own foreign-only subtitle files, so I have merely curated them here.

For the curious, Season 5 is likely not going to be released on Blu-ray until early 2016 (my rough guess). Since all of the video sources for Season 5 probably have hard-coded subtitles anyway, I will not try to put any together just yet
